team building

So work morale has been up and down lately due to the massive number of developers quitting over the last 2 months. That's probably why we had an offsite today to go do some team building at City beach in fremont. It was really fun - we played some hyperbowl (my hands hurt!), pool (I won a game! which means everyone else is also really bad at pool), and some team building competitions (I won the hula hoop contest - yay). They also had a fairly big climbing gym though I didn't climb since I was a bit nervous of the auto belay (they wouldn't let us belay each other even if we were certified) and I haven't climbed in 3 years now (and am not sure how it would be with my gimpy wrist). I should really get back into it though since I have all the gear. Anyone want to go climbing?
