1) Do not order mixed drinks in Utah and bring your own flask. They are only allowed to put a tiny bit of alcohol in those drinks apparently.
2) If you are in whiteout conditions on top of the mountain and happen to have ski poles, you're fine if you just poke the area in front of you to make sure you don't fall off the mountain. This was advice that an instructor was telling his group. Lovely.
3) Sitting in an outdoor hot tub in a snowstorm can be fun. The only problem is the pile of snow that collects on top of your head.
