Somehow it seems like I am more exhausted by Sunday when I should have caught up on sleep over the weekend. Anyhow, waking up at 5:30 on saturday probably didn't help any. I was up at that godawful hour for a dragonboat race in redwood shores. There was much pain involved in that early hour. The racing was much fun except for this one race where the boat I was in ran into the boat to the left of us which also happened to be a boat of fellow team members so this was not the best sabotage move. sigh. That dropped us into rec B instead of rec A where we belonged alas. There was a point during the day where I was looking at the hotels around the lagoon and realized that this was where the hotel Sofitel was. That place is memorable to me because an old coworker threw a post IPO celebration there back in the good old days and that's where I drank some Dom Perignon for the first time in my life. I don't quite remember if it tasted good or not but I may have been buzzed already.
Sunday was a little more restful but still involved a lot of sun. Went hiking in the morning with M over at Rancho San Antonio and watched the people run by. The idea of hill running hurts to think about. In the afternoon, J and I went and gorged at U and W's pseudo housewarming lunch at their place. I swear I think I ate for 4 hours straight. I didn't have to eat anything for the rest of the day afterwards. much much bloat

I know that you know at least two "M"s. Can you pretty please further clarify in future posts? :) - S.
