summer viewing

Now that everything is on hiatus, we are catching up on all the shows that we've meaning to watch for a while. Zipped through 2 seasons of Weeds but now paused on season 3 as Nancy becomes way more of a criminal than I have ever seen her. Holding off on Dexter season 3 b/c I was disturbed by what happened in the season 2 finale but we'll get to it soon. What I'm very excited about is True Blood which we started watching on Sunday. The reason I love it so much tho is because I've read all the books that it is based on and so far it has stayed faithful to the story line for the first 5 episodes. But I sneaked a glance at TwoP and realized it's going to diverge dramatically soon. Which I guess is better for the show b/c all the good characters get killed off in the books and I'm guessing fans of the series would be ultra pissed about that.
