baby talk

So I had gum surgery last wednesday where they rip out flesh from the roof of your mouth and reattach it to receding gum areas. Yah, doesn't that sound pleasant? Anyhow, I gotta say I love valium. I had this wonderful high like being drunk and then it faded and I felt them stitching about. Hmm. perhaps I took it too early before the operation. After it was over, for the next day, I talked really funny - luckily I only had one meeting at work where I slurred all my words together. When I talked to friends and family later, I had a hard time pronouncing R's so I sounded like a baby .... or a chinese person.
