So, i just watched that horror movie "Saw" and I discovered that the main character is played by none other than Cary Elwes of the Princess Bride fame. let me just tell you that this man did not age well. He aged so poorly that he has now destroyed my fond memories for the "Boy" in the Princess Bride. For that i will never think kindly of this movie. I did discover that the best way to watch a horror movie is to know exactly what is going to happen - hence the help of moviespoiler.com. You may think this ruins the enjoyment of the film but this gives me the secret pleasure of feeling superior to everyone knowing all the spoilers beforehand! Plus I figure horror movies scare the beejesus out of me so I don't really want to be surprised. I love spoilers! As you can imagine, the tv show Lost is driving me crazy...
Several truths i have to admit to myself today
1) I am addicted to the internet. I check my personal email frenetically all day and if i go without it for a few hours, i will think someone must have emailed me in the meantime and have desparate urges to go make sure.
2) I am addicted to televisionwithoutpity.com
3) I need to give up my daily starbucks and muffin. It is cancelling out all the good my exercise gives me. It's time for some serious detox and deprivation.
Resolutions:
i don't think 1 and 2 are fixable. Hence my goal is to work on #3.
I'm realistic.
