In a nutshell

Been horribly lax in my blog lately. Here's the rundown:
  • I took my 3rd consecutive downhill ski lesson last weekend. (Or maybe it's my 2nd - not sure if the telemark lesson counts). I got sorted as a level 3 and I actually improved. The instructor said I was getting the hang of parallel skiing! This is definitely my sport over snowboarding. That was such a gratifying feeling. I think the nice slow slushy snow helped too.
  • I took a pilates refomer class for the first time on Tuesday - it's like a torture device but my abs were sore the next day. Definitely a good thing. So now I just have to figure out if I really want to be trendy and shell out the mega bucks for the series.
  • I went to a developer conference today and I have never seen so many people so excited to talk about object-oriented programming and C++. Me, I discovered all these fantastic features on my cell phone so I spent my hours wisely. I didn't realize until today that I had IM programs on my phone. My life has changed.
That's it for now
